Cosmetic preparation (I) for hairstyle formation in the form of a solid oil-in-water micro-emulsion comprises at least an emulsifier (a), at least an emulsifier (b) and at least a polyvalent alcohol (c), where (a) is monoester, diester, polyester from polyol with a HLB- (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) value of 2-6; (b) is polyethoxylated emulsifier with a HLB-value of 12-17 and the concentration of (a) and (b) is greater than 21 wt.%.
