The device has a cross bar attached in a curvature of a ball ring, and two rods attached on the cross bar at the external ends. The rods are positioned against one another at an angle of 66.5 degree. A plate is provided with a hole for a mirror axle, which extends from protection borders of a parabolic mirror up to protection blocks nearly up to a centre point of the mirror. The blocks are connected firmly with the mirror axle. A gear wheel, pinion, pin head and a stepping motor are provided for controlling the routine operation of the mirror. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for compression of sun rays (2) a device for distribution of rays on a limited field or area outside the perimeter of a mirror.
