The device has several holding devices (6, 7, 10, 19) such as bags for the admission of a tool or several implements. A movable mechanism (1, 2) in the form of a belt, a waistcoat is provided which individually expands for the holding devices. A plug (4) is provided with a fastener (5) which is brought into a connection to the plug. A stationary provision is provided having several fasteners and connected to the holding devices with the movable mechanism. An independent claim is included for a storage and transport system.
