The method involves transmitting traffic-relevant information by a push-to-talk service of a mobile radio device to a mobile radio-network operator device by a user or a vehicle control device of the user. A group of mobile radio devices, for which the traffic-relevant information is required, is determined by the mobile radio-network operator device. The traffic-relevant information is transmitted to the mobile radio device provided in vehicles (FN, FS, F1) of the determined group by the mobile radio-network operator device.
