Rotor blade (20) comprises a rotor blade profile and a bending actuator (26) which is to be fixed with a first end to an end region of a profile base body (20a) and with a second end protruding freely from the profile base body and its end region toward the rear edge. The rotor blade profile has a nose region, the base body with a profile core (22) and a covering skin (30) enclosing the profile core and a rear edge region (23) with a rear edge (40). An independent claim is also included for a helicopter with the above rotor blade. Preferred Features: The bending actuator is a flat, plate-like and/or strip-like bending actuator. The actuator is arranged on a support layer, preferably made from a plastic material reinforced with glass fibers.
