The magnetic-inductive flow receiver, comprises a measuring tube (1), which can be inserted into the run of pipe work to conduct the fluid and a measuring electrode assembly (3) for recording electric voltage induced in flowing fluid. A magnetic field system (2) fitted outside the measuring tube, generates magnetic field, which partly penetrates through measuring tube and fluid flowing in measuring tube, which induces an electrical field in flowing fluid. The magnetic field system has a field coil carried in the operation of an electrical energizing current as well as, single-piece field guidance element consists closed magnetically conductive material for carrying the magnetic field outside of the measuring tube.
