The device has a mounting plate (1) arranged at a front side of a hollow cylinder (2). An inner space of the cylinder is separated by partition walls (7a-7c) in two large spaces. A fastening area is integrated in the partition wall in a center of connection parts, where the area closes screw holes running in an axial direction and the screw holes lie around a centrally arranged hook (10). A cover includes a screw unit with inner threads, a covering unit with a central through-hole. The screw unit is screwed in the form of connecting nut into the connection parts.
