The collector has an absorber unit with an absorber pipe (2) and a set of absorber fins (1) that are rotatably supported in an axial direction, and heat carrier pipes (4) fixed at a support structure (9). The heat flow between the absorber pipe and heat carrier pipes are operated by mechanical contact of condensers (3) and the heat carrier pipes. A translucent, air-tight surface is provided to close the side of the solar collector, which is provided for sun.
