The ventilator has sensors (4) for temperature and air humidity respectively provided on inside and outside of the ventilator. The ventilator is controlled by a computer program, which computes whether relative air humidity in a room increases or decreases through air in respective instances. The ventilator is controlled by a microprocessor. The ventilator is replaced by louver in an outer wall /or a door or a window. The sensors provide data for computation for controlling the ventilator.
