Capsules for dosed delivery of an enclosed active substance comprises a hard outer cover based on chitosan or its derivative and a core based on alginates or its derivative, where the dosed active substance can be released from the core, which exhibits sponge like, moisture structure and contains an aqueous solution of a stable, oxidative effective oxychloride compound and the cover is water insoluble and exhibits pores for the dosed delivery of the oxychloride compound. An independent claim is included for the preparation of capsule comprising mixing an aqueous solution of stable, oxidative effective oxychloride compound with an aqueous solution of alginate and/or its derivative and aqueous solution of chitosan and/or its derivative; and transforming the obtained mixture into capsule.
