The unit has rubber springs strips having centering functions. The springs are connected with one another by a metal spring over two swivel units. The spring force of a passive membrane and a woofer is regulated. The woofer is connected with a swiveling part (1) of the control unit. The installation resonance frequency of the passive membrane adapts automatically to the fluctuations in the temperature of a loudspeaker.
