Use of at least an inorganic substance to increase the photosynthesis rate of the cells and plant containing chlorophyll, where the substance emits light in a visible region of 380-780 nm, and absorbs IR radiation with a wave length of about 780 nm, in agricultural cover, green-house foil, double netted plate, nets and fabrics from thermoplastic material.
