The sensor has a lining in the stream and an interior space (7) located with multiple openings or windows (6), which is oriented in two different directions. A sensor guide is arranged in each case, whereas the sensor guide (8) moves against a reset force, e.g. spring power. The sensor guide has a portion behind the respective windows at the sides of lining applied to the stream, as well as by units for production of electrical measurement signal in connection with the displacement of respective sensor guide by the stream penetrating the respective windows.
