The longitudinal axis of the shaft (3) and that of the handle (4) are offset by an intermediate component (5). The handle (4) is mounted on a bearing on the intermediate component, allowing it to rotate about its own axis. The screw is driven in or out, by using the screwdriver somewhat like a crank. The handle angle is set at between 5[deg] and 45[deg] with respect to that of the shaft, to enable ergonomic handling. The length of the intermediate component is less than that of the handle, facilitating use of the wrist, to turn the shaft.
