The method involves determining the target course of derivative time. The target course is situated approximately on the free transmission drive shaft. The target time required is defined for applying of free clutch. The target overlap time required is defined for the locking of enclosed clutch and then the derivative time is calculated as the sum of determined target time before the target overlap time and the target opening time.
