The box arrangement for the orderly holding of means (3) for medical patient care, with a first and second section, a lid, and a number of storage compartments formed by ribs (9) which are inclined from the bottom plane of the first box section to the lid plane so that the base surface of a compartment on the bottom plane is different from the base surface of the compartment of that on the lid plane, so that the patient care means are clamped into the conically tapering compartments.
