The system has a receiving unit for receiving signals transmitted by active and/or passive transponder using radio frequency identification, for processing the received data and for forwarding the data to a speed limiter. The speed limiter regulates maximally possible maximum speed of the vehicle from allowed maximum speed of actual driving road received by the receiving unit and transponders. The active and passive transponders are disposed at a position, at which the allowed maximum speed changes, and are disposed on entire breadth of the road in a preset distance.
