Cable guide comprises a flexible receptacle (1) for receiving cables (5) and longitudinal noncompressible elements (6, 7) and nonbendable elements (8, 9) that are spaced apart transversely so that the cable guide can be bent in one transverse direction but not in the opposite direction. An independent claim is also included for producing a cable guide as above by integrating the cables, the noncompressible elements and/or the nonbendable elements during extrusion of the receptacle.
