The pliers has changeable spanner size with two plier limbs (12,14), which are connectable in pivoted manner at pivoting pin (28) with each other. The force guiding (42,70) for the movable plier clamping jaw (30) is formed parallelly and laterally by two plane bearing surface (62,64) opposite to pliers rotational axis (29) at former plier limb. The corresponding plane contact surface is provided at movable plier clamping jaw. The corresponding opposite plane contact surface (68) is provided at the guiding lug, which is formed at the movable plier clamping jaw.
