The clamp has belt openings (2-4) through which a broad belt is fed such that the belt is held by a rubbing and clamping-conclusive connection with the clamp. The openings are formed at an end (A) of the clamp, where boreholes (6, 7) are provided at the other end (B) of the belt for fastening the clamp at an insulator and/or at a gate handle. The openings are provided such that the opening (2) is formed as opened and the openings (3, 4) are formed as closed, where a borehole axis (X) of the boreholes is arranged perpendicular to an axis (Y) of the openings.
