Polymer blend comprises 40-80 wt.% of acrylate rubber modified vinyl aromatic copolymer (acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate) (a), 20-60 wt.% of glycol modified polyethylene terephthalate (b), 0-10 wt.% of phase mediator (c) and 0-40 wt.% of fibrous- or particulate fillers (d) or its mixture. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for preparing polymer blend comprising melting a mixture of (a), (b), optionally (c) and (d); (2) a foil, molded body or fiber comprising the polymer blend; and (3) a multilayered composite laminated-foil or -molded body comprising a covering layer containing the polymer blend and at least a substrate layer of a thermoplastic polymer.
