The terminal (20) has a sensor (40) for initializing the reproduction of advertising information and an additional logic, where the terminal is operated based on a microprocessor technology. The sensor is selected from one of a set of capacitive sensors, inductive sensors, photoelectrical sensors, optical sensors, hall sensors or pressure sensors. The terminal is implemented as a mobile or stationary terminal. The information is reproduced when the sensor state changes from zero to one and is not reproduced when the state reaches zero.
