The sensor (1) has a movable sensing stylus (2) of an idle state mechanism (3), and housing (10) in which the mechanism is accommodated. The mechanism has a touch sensor holder (11) with a carrier unit and a seat unit. A sensing circuit is formed with carrier unit and seat unit. The sensing circuit is closed when the carrier unit and the seat unit are in contact, where the sensing circuit is opened, when the carrier unit does not have contact with the seat unit. The carrier and seat units are made of hard metal e.g. nickel.
