Use of estrogen, caffeine and finasteride derivatives for the cosmetic treatment of hair loss and/or stimulating the hair growth. Independent claims are included for: (1) a product exhibiting the estrogen, caffeine or their derivative and finasteride as a combined preparation; and (2) a method for treating hair loss and/or stimulating hair growth through a cosmetic treatment comprising locally applying the estrogen, caffeine or their derivative, on the skin and orally administering a dose unit of finasteride, where the steps takes place simultaneously, separately or sequentially.
