In a digital control circuit (CLS) feedback branch (FB) there is an adaptive correcting filter (KFI) with filter times (FT1, FT2) adjusted via a change in the level of a desired-value current (SS). A first filter time (FT1) is adjusted longer with a vehicle's voltage ripples at a constant level or with smaller changes in level for the desired-value current than with greater changes in its level. An independent claim is also included for a method for reducing the ripple effects from a motor vehicle's voltage system on control of electric current in a magnetic control valve in a digital control circuit for a motor vehicle's hydraulic device.
