The board has a base body made of gypsum, and electrically conducting structures (46, 48, 50, 50`, 50``, 52, 52`, 54), which are inserted into the base body or affixed on the base body. The conducting structures are metal wires or metal foil strips and comprise aluminum adhesive strips or copper adhesive strip. An attachment structure is provided for accommodating prefabricated boards and including a set of electrically non-conducting support units. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an insulating board for use during a building construction (2) an attachment structure for accommodation of prefabricated boards during a building construction (3) a skirting board or decorative strip for use during a building construction (4) a paper hanging with an adhesive side.
