The connecting body has rod pins (50,60), which are brought perpendicular to a longitudinal plane of the body. The pins penetrate through recesses or grooves of a cylindrical insert (40) such as steel cast part. A grouting structure is provided in a tapped blind hole (30), where the structure encloses the cylindrical insert and the rod pins. The structure forms a composite block with the insert and the pins. One of the rod pins has a wooden thread and is screwed in a wooden beam.
