Arrangement has coupling (1), plug armature (2) fastened to the hydraulic lead (6), casing (4) and flexible sealing element (5) sealing off the connection from the outside when assembled. The casing and sealing element have complementary form profile parts (8,7) to positively connect them to each other. At least one outer sealing lip is formed on the outer sealing surface of the sealing element which when assembled bends around the inner circumference of the coupling. The form profile of the casing is an axially cut out crosswise recess going from the circumference of the casing obliquely through the casing to the casing axis. The form profile of the sealing element is a fastening body which can be guided obliquely along the casing axis into the crosswise recess.
