The crosshead (6) has a cylinder/piston group separated by a driving mechanism, with which a linearly guided piston rod (1) and an oscillating piston rod end (4) are connected with each other. The piston rod transfers pressure force directly to the piston rod end of a connecting rod (5) without by-passing force over parts of the crosshead. The crosshead is tubularly designed, and crosshead bolts (7) are form-fittingly formed between the piston rod end and the crosshead such that all normal forces are transferred from the bolts to the crosshead and a guiding bush (8).
