The microscope has a dispersion lens and a wide band light source for the light supply. An illuminating lens illuminates a slot-shaped aperture by collecting the emission from the light source in the area of the slot. A tubular lens generates parallel light beams, which enter through the slot shaped aperture. A primary dispersion lens propagates the parallel light beams, emitted from the tubular lens at different angles corresponding to the wavelengths. The microscope has a clinical lens for emitting the light beams from the primary color dispersion on a sample.
