The method involves registering a common interface-module (3) with a stimulated conditional access system-identifier data by a digital video broadcasting (DVB)receiver (2). Program map table (PMT) and conditional access table for transmission in context of DVB-standards are modified by a transmitter (6) in such a manner that conversion of transmission protocol and/or audio/video formats e.g. wave format, is necessary for reproducing audio/video data. A program association table, a service description table and PMT are modified such that a program contains DVB-conform signaling.
