The method involves carrying out a chemical reduction of a metallic salt solution by a spatially and temporally limited effect of electromagnetic or electrical fields. An activation of preformed nucleation centers is enabled by electrode donor characteristics of assembled polymer structures during addition of the metallic salt solution. The assembled polymer structures are exposed to a locally limited or modulated stationary x-ray wave field.
