The cover (7) has an inner surface with an electrically conductive pattern made of a conductive strip (6) and evenly covering the inner surface. An outer surface has another electrically conductive pattern made of another conductive strip and evenly covering the outer surface. The inner and outer surfaces are limited by a circularly closed contact surface (15), and are respectively positioned near and far from an area (3) to be protected. The cover is formed such that it rests against a plate (5) at the surface (15) and the area is completely enclosed by the combination of plate and cover.
