The power source (12) comprises two supply terminals to build two supply potentials. The power source has a replication of the current paths in their uncontrolled condition, by which a replication output terminal is connected by a current mirror with the output terminal (Kout).The current path is formed by a transistor. An independent claim is also included for an integrated circuit with a phase lock loop.
