The device (1) is designed in a type of a guide rod (11), where the guide rod fills a space between a radial rim inner side (4) of a vehicle wheel and an upper edge of a brake caliper of a partial disc brake. The brake caliper is attached to the radial rim inner side of the vehicle wheel. The guide rod has a surface (12) for ejecting the penetrating foreign bodies such as debris. The surface is slightly bent or curved in an axial running direction against rotational direction of the vehicle wheel.
