The horn (2) has several rigid supports, which are designed to be streamlined in a cross section as a flow guidance section, and are arranged symmetrically or asymmetrically next to each other and independent of one another. The supports are connected at a lower surface by a supporting plate. The guidance sections are designed in coordination with an outline of an upper part of a movable rudder blade (1) in such a way that a vertical gap between the blade and the horn is closed with maximum rudder angle on a pressure side.
