The device has a pressure-rotary-position-locking mechanism built in a gripping arrangement. A component, which is attached to the outlet bar (3.1) of the pressure-rotary-position-locking mechanism, forces flexible or mobile gripping pliers apart. The gripping pliers are built in the gripping mechanism, if a course of motion, upon which the entire gripping mechanism acts, leads, the pushbutton (4.2) of the pressure-rotary-position-locking mechanism is actuated and locks in a position which leads to a spreading of the gripping pliers. Acting of a course of motion actuates the pushbutton of the pressure-rotary-position-locking mechanism and locks in a position, which seizes the spreading strength of the gripping pliers.
