The device (10) has a magnetic sensor (14) for determination of a spring deflection, where the sensor comprises a sensing carrier (28) that is movable opposite to a marking carrier (26). A spring is partially designed as a flat spring (12), and the carriers are respectively connected with parts of the spring, so that the carriers move against each other with lengthening and/or shortening of the spring. The spring comprises two spring strands separated from each other and arranged next to each other.
