Ionization method in gas phase on the basis of pulse laser in UV spectral region for the detection of polar analytes, alkyl ketone, aldehydes, alkyl ether, alkyl ester, alkyl phosphonate, alkyl phosphate, alkyl sulfate, alkyl amine, nitroalkane, alkyl nitrile, alkyl isocyanate and alkyl carboxylic acid using IM spectrometer, comprises ionizing a dopant with an aromatic system by 1+1 REMPI (Resonance Enhanced Multi-Photon Ionization), forming a cationic species by the ion molecular reactions of the cation of the dopants with polar analytes and detecting the cationic species.
