The valve has a valve seat that is formed in a housing (10) and a screw bolt (18) loaded by a return spring (28) against the seat. A flow slow-down channel (36) is formed downstream of the seat between the bolt and the housing. The housing has a press-fit (38), whose cylindrical surface forms an external wall of the channel. The bolt has a head (20), whose cylindrical outer surface forms an inner wall of the channel. A pressure in the channel is adjusted to a value between inner pressure of a pressure chamber and ambient pressure, during opening of the valve.
