Procedure for at least partial removal of nuclei acids (18) from a liquid (12), which is obtained during the lysis of micro-organism such as bacteria, yeasts, mushrooms, protozoa or cell culture of eukaryotic origin of tissues of animal or plant origin comprises binding selective adsorbing components (20) that freely float in the liquid after pre-set incubation time, where the adsorbent components are adsorbent element laminar or micro-porous membrane fragments, which carries groups to inner and outer surface of the nucleic acid to interact. An independent claim is included for a procedure for the production of adsorbent components by the above process.
