The mechanism has a stator (1), and a rotor (2) with rotor teeth (3, 3`, 3``) and permanent magnets (4) in a manifold arrangement. An electronic control device is connected with a power source for commutation of coil windings of an electric motor, where the electric motor is a permanent magnet-excited motor. The rotor is formed of a core with the rotor teeth and slots (8) with the permanent magnets. The rotor teeth and the slots are specially designed for an adjustment of the rotor to stator field during motor operation.
