The device has a detecting unit for detecting a contour line that detects an object area (20) of mammogram (2), where the object area is defined by an object. The device is formed and provided to determine the contour line of the object area of the mammogram and to process a statement based on the contour line, where the statement is inputted into the mammogram interactively by a user over a statement input device. An independent claim is also included for a method for computer-aided analysis of mammogram.
