The method involves imprignating untreated skin sample moderate electron spin resonance active indicator substance. The signal intensity of the indicator substance in the imprignated skin sample is measured. The automatic production, which is induced by the ultraviolet irradiation consists a data record for the determination of a primary dynamic parameter in form of the response time constants.
