Screwthread-sealing tape comprises a stretched perfluoroalkene (co)polymer tape in folded, wound, braided or twisted form coated with a liquid perfluorinated lubricant. An independent claim is also included for producing tape as above by coating the tape with the lubricant and folding or winding the tape longitudinally.
