The power plant has a main drive shaft (1) that is propelled together with a set of blades (6) using a gear of a generator. The drive shaft rotates by a dead load in a clockwise direction. The blades that are mounted in a displaced position enable torque transmission at different times. The blades and the blade-arms are constructed in a steel-or-glass fiber housing. A hydraulic system has a floating body and a piston pump, where the floating body perpendicularly moves up and down by wave energy. A cylinder (3), pipe and water turbine (8) of the hydraulic system are filled with normal water. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a construction and working principle of an angular gear (2) a hydraulic system with a floating body and a piston pump.
