The unit has a fan (7) with a temperature-conductive material, and used as a temperature-transferring structure between air flows, where the unit is formed as a radial ventilator. The fan has air shovels on its both sides, where the separated air flows are propelled using the air shovels. The radial ventilator has two separate intake openings and two outlet openings. The air flow in the fan pauses in a period less than half a revolution in the fan.
