A spring (28) positioned within the internal bore (26) of a coil mounting structure (14), and against the shaft (32) extending from the bore, biases the shaft, to seat the sealing components (46,48) in the shaft, against the respective valve seats (42,44) in a valve component (12). The input pressure applied to the ports (36,38) in the valve component, causes the sealing component (46) to seat against the valve seat (42), and the sealing component (48) to be forced away from the valve seat (44), to provide pressure equalization.
