Light from a UV-C source of light/semiconductor diode (4) marks out an area irradiated by a UV-C bundle. A releasing device (14) operates for the UV-C bundle after release of the source of light. A gripping piece (9) is used to guide the UV-C bundle over an area to be irradiated. The releasing device releases a defined dosage of UV-C.
