Clutch contains housing (14) connected or connectable to springer plate (12) pressure plate (24) in housing and at least one intermediate plate (22), several clutch disc areas (26,30) connected or connectable via hub (34) to drive shaft to turn around a turning axis and an energy store (36). Energy store is situated at side of housing and is supported by it and the pressure plate hits the impact areas (42) gripping through housing. The pressure plate is formed from an elongated essentially smooth pressure plate blank by bending the pressure plate blank into disc form. Method to produce pressure plate whereby elongated, smooth plate blank is prepared and then bent into disc form.
